ODC events may include automotive drives, social gatherings, shows, track events, and other activities that carry inherent risks. By attending or participating in any ODC event, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk
• You assume full responsibility for your personal safety, vehicle condition, passengers, and guests
• You release and hold harmless ODC, its officers, members, organizers, sponsors, venues, and affiliates from any claims related to injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, theft, or other losses
• You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, licensing, and legal compliance
• ODC does not supervise driving behavior or guarantee safety conditions
• You agree to follow all applicable traffic laws, venue rules, and safety instructions
This waiver applies to all current and future ODC events to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODC, its officers, members, sponsors, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
